PURPOSE
These General Conditions regulate the acquisition of the services offered on the website www.kikopark.com, owned by KIKO TUR, S.L. (hereinafter, Kikopark Playa).
The acquisition of any of the services entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Particular Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain products.
These General Conditions may be modified without prior notice, therefore, it is advisable to read their content carefully before proceeding to the acquisition of any of the products offered.

SERVICES
Los servicios ofertados, junto con las características principales de los mismos y su precio aparecen en pantalla.
Kikopark Playa se reserva el derecho de decidir, en cada momento, los servicios que se ofrecen a los Clientes. De este modo, Kikopark Playa podrá, en cualquier momento, añadir nuevos servicios a los ofertados actualmente.
Asimismo, Kikopark Playa se reserva el derecho a retirar o dejar de ofrecer, en cualquier momento, y sin previo aviso, cualesquiera de los servicios ofrecidos.
Once inside www.kikopark.com, and to access the reservation request, the User must follow all the instructions indicated, which will imply reading and accepting all the general and specific conditions set out in www.kikopark.com.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS
To make any reservation at www.kikopark.com, it is necessary for the client to be of legal age.
Kikopark Playa offers the possibility of making the reservation through a web form as well as by email, by phone or even in person.
To make the reservation through the web form, the User must follow the following steps:
CONTRACTING PROCEDURE
Step 1. Selección de la habitación. Deberá indicar la habitación que le interese, el día de llegada y salida, el número de noches, número de habitaciones, número de personas por habitación, así como el régimen alimenticio que prefiere de los ofertados.
Step 2. Detalle de huésped. Haya o no contratado algún servicio adicional, al continuar con la reserva, deberá facilitar los datos personales que se solicitan. Una vez rellenados todos los campos solicitados, deberá pulsar el botón “confirmar reserva” para que se envíen los datos introducidos.
Step 3. Confirmación de la reserva. Recibidos los datos después de clicar el botón “confirmar reserva”, recibirá un correo electrónico confirmándole la reserva.
PRICES, COSTS AND TAXES
The prices of the reservations listed on www.kikopark.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during the period of validity of the same, except for printing errors and whatever the destination of the order.
The products have VAT included. The VAT rate is 21%.
To make the reservation effective, the amount corresponding to 30% of the total reservation will be charged to the account or bank card associated with the client.
PAYMENT METHODS
Both personal and bank details will be protected with all the security measures established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 6, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

By credit or debit card
Puede realizar el pago de manera inmediata a través de la pasarela de pago seguro SSL de nuestro Banco. Si fuera necesario realizar cualquier devolución o cancelación del pedido, el importe se reembolsará a través de la misma tarjeta de pago.
Kikopark Playa acepta pagos con VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard y MasterCard SecureCode. La entidad bancaria que emite la tarjeta debe encontrarse en territorio español. Al hacer el pedido, el cliente facilitará los datos de su tarjeta, que serán almacenados directamente en la Pasarela 4B durante el proceso de compra. Kikopark Playa no almacena información referente a tarjeta de crédito. Por razones internas de la Organización, la gestión de cobro se realiza a través del Banco Santander, sin que ello tenga trascendencia alguna para el cliente.
By bank transfer
Puede realizar el pago mediante transferencia bancaria. Para ello, el cliente deberá proceder al envío del justificante de transferencia en un plazo de 24 horas, desde la realización de la reserva, para que esta se haga efectiva. En caso de que Kikopark Playa no haya recibido dentro de este plazo el justificante mencionado, procederá al desbloqueo de la reserva realizada.
CANCELLATION, RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
As established by the regulations, the consumer and User will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract during a maximum period of 14 calendar days without having to indicate the reason and without incurring any costs, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, which approves the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
The cancellation of the reservation entails the following possible expenses:
If the cancellation occurs before 30 days prior to the reservation date, Kikopark Playa will proceed to charge 5% of the total value of the contracted stay.
When cancellation occurs before 7 days prior to the reservation date, Kikopark Playa will charge 15% of the total value of the contracted stay.
For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the reservation date, Kikopark Playa will charge 30% of the total value of the contracted stay.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS
Para interponer cualquier queja o reclamación ante Kikopark Playa el cliente deberá dirigirse a la oficina de atención al cliente, situada en C/ Assagador de Carro, nº2 de 46780 Oliva (Valencia), o bien enviando un correo electrónico a [email protected].
Según la Resolución de litigios en línea en materia de consumo de la UE y conforme al Art. 14.1 del Reglamento (UE) 524/2013, le informamos que la Comisión Europea facilita a todos los consumidores una plataforma de resolución de litigios en línea que se encuentra disponible en el siguiente enlace: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
Las condiciones presentes se regirán por la legislación española vigente. Las partes se someten, a su elección, para la resolución de los conflictos y con renuncia expresa a cualquier otro fuero, a los juzgados y tribunales del domicilio del Usuario
