PURPOSE
These General Conditions regulate the acquisition of the services offered on the website www.kikopark.com, owned by KIKO TUR, S.L. (hereinafter, Kikopark Playa).
The acquisition of any of the services entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Particular Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain products.
These General Conditions may be modified without prior notice, therefore, it is advisable to read their content carefully before proceeding to the acquisition of any of the products offered.

All notifications and communications between Users and Kikopark Playa will be considered effective, for all purposes, when they are made through any of the means detailed above.
SERVICES
The services offered, together with their main characteristics and their price appear on the screen. Kikopark Playa reserves the right to decide, at any time, the services that are offered to Clients. In this way, Kikopark Playa may, at any time, add new services to those currently offered. Likewise, Kikopark Playa reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time and without prior notice, any of the services offered.
Once inside www.kikopark.com, and to access the reservation request, the User must follow all the instructions indicated, which will imply reading and accepting all the general and specific conditions set out in www.kikopark.com.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS
To make any reservation at www.kikopark.com, it is necessary for the client to be of legal age.
Kikopark Playa offers the possibility of making the reservation through a web form as well as by email, by phone or even in person.
To make the reservation through the web form, the User must follow the following steps:
CONTRACTING PROCEDURE
Step 1. Selecting the room. You must indicate the room you are interested in, the day of arrival and departure, the number of nights, number of rooms, number of people per room, as well as the meal plan you prefer from those offered.
Step 2. Guest details. Whether or not you have contracted any additional services, when continuing with the reservation, you must provide the personal information requested. Once all the requested fields have been filled in, you must press the “confirm reservation” button so that the data entered is sent.
Step 3. Confirmation of the reservation. Once the data has been received after clicking the “confirm reservation” button, you will receive an email confirming the reservation.
PRICES, COSTS AND TAXES
The prices of the reservations listed on www.kikopark.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during the period of validity of the same, except for printing errors and whatever the destination of the order.
The products have VAT included. The VAT rate is 21%.
To make the reservation effective, the amount corresponding to 30% of the total reservation will be charged to the account or bank card associated with the client.
PAYMENT METHODS
Both personal and bank details will be protected with all the security measures established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 6, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.
We offer you the following payment methods:
By credit or debit card
You can make the payment immediately through our Bank’s secure SSL payment gateway. If it were necessary to make any return or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card.
Kikopark Playa accepts payments with VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard and MasterCard SecureCode. The bank that issues the card must be located in Spain. When placing the order, the customer will provide their card details, which will be stored directly in the 4B Gateway during the purchase process. Kikopark Playa does not store credit card information. For internal reasons of the Organization, the collection management is carried out through Banco Santander, without this having any impact on the customer.
By bank transfer
You can make the payment by bank transfer. To do so, the customer must send proof of transfer within 24 hours of making the reservation, for it to become effective. In the event that Kikopark Playa has not received the aforementioned receipt within this period, it will proceed to unblock the reservation made.
CANCELLATION, RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
As established by the regulations, the consumer and User will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract during a maximum period of 14 calendar days without having to indicate the reason and without incurring any costs, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, which approves the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
The cancellation of the reservation entails the following possible expenses:
If the cancellation occurs before 30 days prior to the reservation date, Kikopark Playa will proceed to charge 5% of the total value of the contracted stay.
When cancellation occurs before 7 days prior to the reservation date, Kikopark Playa will charge 15% of the total value of the contracted stay.
For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the reservation date, Kikopark Playa will charge 30% of the total value of the contracted stay.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS
To make any complaint or claim to Kikopark Playa, the customer must contact the customer service office, located at C/ Assagador de Carro, no2, 46780 Oliva (Valencia), or by sending an email to info@kikopark.com. Pursuant to the EU Online Dispute Resolution for Consumers and pursuant to Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides all consumers with an online dispute resolution platform available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
These conditions shall be governed by current Spanish legislation. The parties agree, at their discretion, to resolve any disputes and expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the User’s domicile.
