Kikopark Playa se reserva el derecho de decidir, en cada momento, los servicios que se ofrecen a los Clientes. De este modo, Kikopark Playa podr\u00e1, en cualquier momento, a\u00f1adir nuevos servicios a los ofertados actualmente.<\/p>\n
Asimismo, Kikopark Playa se reserva el derecho a retirar o dejar de ofrecer, en cualquier momento, y sin previo aviso, cualesquiera de los servicios ofrecidos.
\nOnce inside www.kikopark.com, and to access the reservation request, the User must follow all the instructions indicated, which will imply reading and accepting all the general and specific conditions set out in www.kikopark.com.<\/p>\n
To make any reservation at www.kikopark.com, it is necessary for the client to be of legal age.<\/p>\n
Kikopark Playa offers the possibility of making the reservation through a web form as well as by email, by phone or even in person.<\/p>\n
To make the reservation through the web form, the User must follow the following steps:<\/p>\n
Step 1. Selecci\u00f3n de la habitaci\u00f3n. Deber\u00e1 indicar la habitaci\u00f3n que le interese, el d\u00eda de llegada y salida, el n\u00famero de noches, n\u00famero de habitaciones, n\u00famero de personas por habitaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el r\u00e9gimen alimenticio que prefiere de los ofertados. <\/p>\n
Step 2. Detalle de hu\u00e9sped. Haya o no contratado alg\u00fan servicio adicional, al continuar con la reserva, deber\u00e1 facilitar los datos personales que se solicitan. Una vez rellenados todos los campos solicitados, deber\u00e1 pulsar el bot\u00f3n \u201cconfirmar reserva\u201d para que se env\u00eden los datos introducidos. <\/p>\n
Step 3. Confirmaci\u00f3n de la reserva. Recibidos los datos despu\u00e9s de clicar el bot\u00f3n \u201cconfirmar reserva\u201d, recibir\u00e1 un correo electr\u00f3nico confirm\u00e1ndole la reserva. <\/p>\n
The prices of the reservations listed on www.kikopark.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed during the period of validity of the same, except for printing errors and whatever the destination of the order.<\/p>\n
The products have VAT included. The VAT rate is 21%.<\/p>\n
To make the reservation effective, the amount corresponding to 30% of the total reservation will be charged to the account or bank card associated with the client.<\/p>\n
Both personal and bank details will be protected with all the security measures established by Regulation (EU) 2016\/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons (RGPD) and Organic Law 3\/2018, of December 6, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.<\/p>\n

Si fuera necesario realizar cualquier devoluci\u00f3n o cancelaci\u00f3n del pedido, el importe se reembolsar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de la misma tarjeta de pago. <\/p>\n Kikopark Playa acepta pagos con VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard y MasterCard SecureCode. La entidad bancaria que emite la tarjeta debe encontrarse en territorio espa\u00f1ol. Al hacer el pedido, el cliente facilitar\u00e1 los datos de su tarjeta, que ser\u00e1n almacenados directamente en la Pasarela 4B durante el proceso de compra. Kikopark Playa no almacena informaci\u00f3n referente a tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito. Por razones internas de la Organizaci\u00f3n, la gesti\u00f3n de cobro se realiza a trav\u00e9s del Banco Santander, sin que ello tenga trascendencia alguna para el cliente. <\/p>\n By bank transfer<\/strong><\/p>\n Puede realizar el pago mediante transferencia bancaria. Para ello, el cliente deber\u00e1 proceder al env\u00edo del justificante de transferencia en un plazo de 24 horas, desde la realizaci\u00f3n de la reserva, para que esta se haga efectiva.
